Senior Product Designer

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

What We Are Looking For:

As a Senior Product Designer at Fliff, you will serve as the foundational design representative for our European operations, providing dedicated support to our EU-based engineering and product teams. You will operate as a versatile generalist across our core squads, Growth & Discovery, Gameplay, and Accounts & Payments and taking full end-to-end ownership of product verticals within your time zone. Working side-by-side with your local counterparts, you will drive the design lifecycle from rough prototypes to polished, production-ready interfaces, balancing rapid execution with high-caliber craft. You will be instrumental in evolving our design system and driving consistency, with the unique visibility and autonomy to independently shape Fliff’s product direction during the EU workday.

This role requires full working-hour alignment with Central European Time (CET ±2 hours) to enable daily, real-time collaboration with our Sofia-based team. We are only considering candidates located within this time zone range. Applicants outside CET ±2 hours will not be considered.

Take full ownership of a product vertical and drive it from zero to launch, setting a new standard for clarity, usability, and delight.

AI-augmented workflow proficiency, utilizing artificial intelligence as a tool to increase design efficiency and streamline production.

Generalist adaptability and the ability to work autonomously across different product verticals during EU business hours with minimal oversight.

Push beyond the obvious to uncover insights, validate bold ideas, and ship solutions that truly move the needle for customers and the business.

Transform complex problems into seamless, intuitive flows that are effortless to use

Craft visually striking, premium-quality designs that set Fliff apart and elevate our brand in every interaction

Contribute to and evolve our design system to drive consistency and efficiency across the product.

Operate as a design leader within your squad, collaborating with other designers and working independently to influence direction, defend strong decisions, and raise the level of craft across the team.

Lead the full design process, including customer interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, and delivery of high-fidelity UI.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products

•
Strong in both UX and visual craft – you sweat the details but know when to move fast.

•
Comfortable owning a problem end-to-end, from messy ideas to polished delivery

•
Serve as the primary design representative for the EU-based engineering and product teams to ensure continuous development across time zones

•
Execute end-to-end design as a versatile generalist, filling critical gaps and supporting pressing needs prior to the EU team

•
Collaborate cross-functionally with global design peers and EU-based counterparts to maintain consistency and high craft standards

•
Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback, balancing customer needs with business goals, and challenge solutions that compromise usability or clarity.

Ability to operate with autonomy, contribute to our design system, and raise the quality bar by shipping clear, usable, and visually polished product experiences.

•
Deep curiosity about customers and how they think, not just what they do

•
Experience building and scaling design systems that teams love to use

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design decisions and influence stakeholders

•
Bonus points if you’ve worked in video games, sports, or taken a 0→1 product to market

•
Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and Jira

•
Demonstrated success in building and evolving robust design systems that accelerate product development, improve design consistency, and enhance the quality of existing products.
