What You'll Do

• Build for consumer - requiring attention to detail and obsession over user journeys.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for interacting with digital minds—from conversation flows to content upload, from onboarding to complex configuration interfaces

• Build design systems and interaction patterns that scale across web and mobile

• Prototype rapidly in code (Figma + React) to validate ideas and ship your own designs to production

• Think in flows and systems - mapping complex user journeys while understanding state, context, and edge cases

• Own the details that make experiences feel alive: interaction timing, loading states, error handling, and micro-moments

• Bridge design and engineering by translating technical constraints into elegant user experiences

• Define what we should build based on user insights, technical feasibility, and business impact

Who You Are

• Systems thinker: You see patterns across features and build reusable solutions. 4+ years designing digital products with strong understanding of design systems and component architecture.

• Deeply product-minded: You understand how things should work, not just how they look. You think about user psychology, technical constraints, and information architecture - then make it beautiful.

• Consumer Experiences: understanding of incentives, game mechanics, virality, and retention loops.

• Technically fluent: Comfortable with modern frameworks. You can prototype in code and speak fluently with engineers.

• Craft-driven with pragmatism: Your portfolio shows attention to interaction design, typography, and visual polish—but also smart decisions about when to ship fast versus when to perfect details.

• Builder mentality: You prototype quickly, test assumptions, and iterate based on real usage. Comfort with ambiguity and defining what needs to exist.

• Clear communicator: You articulate design decisions with reasoning, push back thoughtfully, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
