About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to build truly effective and delightful Agentic AI products.

This is a high-impact role: you’ll be joining at a key moment and will have real ownership over the design of your products and the direction of your squad.

Your mandate is clear: amplify the impact of sellers and eliminate their busywork with next-generation technology that serves real use-cases.

Your Mission

1. Design and build successful products

Ideate, build, launch and iterate on your products until they’re truly delightful to use, and really get the job done.

Through weekly immersions in our customer’s offices and thorough data analysis, acquire a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.

Ensure our design and priority choices are always grounded in solid customer research

2. Make our users experience effective and delightful

You didn’t settle for good and are driven by user impact. Your North Star Metric is DAU, and you’re not satisfied until sellers truly love using your product everyday.

With the Product and Leadership Team, guide the development of our products by constantly evolving the prototype of our 6 and 12-month vision.

3. Elevate the Product Design craft at Modjo

In collaboration with the Product & Engineering team, evolve our Design System to ensure a consistent experience across the entire product

Uphold UI and UX Methodologies, constantly improve our Design Stack and Practices, and raise the collective bar of excellence.

Success after 12 months means

75% of our users love using our product every day. You've shipped 10 high-impact features that genuinely became part of sellers’ daily rituals.

You've established a rhythm of learning and iteration. Users are involved at every stage of the design process, every feature launch is immediately tested with customers and learnings used to drive impact forward.

Your prototypes are used everywhere across the company. Leadership reference your 6-12 month vision prototypes in planning conversations. Sales and CS teams use them in demos and customer conversations, creating a shared understanding of where the product is headed.

Your squad shipped impactful improvements every week. 100% of new features only use components of the design system, and your Figma Make prototypes and briefings are crispy clear. As a result, engineers ship much faster and theres little back and forth.

Who you are

Y- ou have 6-10 years of experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS products, in high-paced startups or scale ups.

- You design modern, efficient and delightful interfaces.

- You master collaborative design best practices and tools, leveraging Figma and Design Systems to the fullest.

- You’re impact-driven, find your own problems, and creative solutions.

- You’re a great communicator, and work very well in fast-paced squads.

- You have very high expectations for yourself and those around you. You challenge yourself constantly and you are always learning learn new things.

- You can discuss ideas and write very good copy in French and English.

Bonus points if

- You already worked Software used by Sales Teams (CRM, Call Recorders, AI Assistants)

- You are passionate about Generative AI

- You have a strong experience on habit-forming products
