We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our commitment to quality, has a high visual bar, and can turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team.

• Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product.

• Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features.

• Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer owning end-to-end design for digital, user-facing products.

• Exceptional visual craft with a strong attention to detail and polish.

• Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural.

• Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product.

• Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them.

• Proactive in identifying, defining, and prioritising UX opportunities, using data and insight to drive decisions.

• Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to iterate quickly.
