The Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Sports Pillar. This is a high impact role focused on elevating our core betting experience across web and mobile, including our upcoming app launch

Your Impact:
• Owning end to end product design across key areas of the Covers betting experience
• Designing clean, intuitive, data heavy interfaces focused on odds, player stats and team stats
• Translating complex betting data into experiences that are simple and valuable for users
• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads within a squad model
• Leading problem definition, research, wireframing, testing and final UI delivery
• Conducting market and competitor research independently
• Elevating design standards and processes within the team
• Contributing to the optimisation of our new app launching in the coming weeks

What You’ll Bring :
• 8 to 10+ years in Product Design with strong end to end process ownership
• Exceptional UX and UI craft, with experience designing complex, data heavy products
• Ability to simplify large amounts of information into clean, intuitive experiences
• Strong product portfolio demonstrating impact, reasoning and real shipped work
• Experience in sports betting, gaming or fintech preferred, with genuine interest in the space

The Interview Process:
• 1st stage: 30 minute screening call with Talent
• 2nd stage: Interview with the Head of Design focused on portfolio and project deep dive
• 3rd stage: Interview with a Product Designer and Product Manager to assess product thinking, collaboration and team fit
