Mission

To redefine and elevate the experience of multilingual content creation by partnering with product and engineering to build intuitive, intelligent, and scalable solutions that our users love.

Outcomes

• Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers as a key member of an empowered product team — from problem discovery to solution delivery — contributing to strategy, shaping outcomes, and ensuring exceptional user experience.

• Conduct in-depth user research, run usability tests, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.

• Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life.

• Build and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and a seamless experience across the platform.

• Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile that engage and delight users.

• Iterate rapidly based on user insights, feedback, and changing project needs.

• Proactively explore and apply new tools and technologies — including AI — to improve design quality, speed, and user understanding.

• Continuously evolve our design practices and bring fresh, creative approaches to problem-solving.

How You’ll Ramp

By Day 30

• Understand our product, customers, and business goals.

• Get up to speed on our design system, tools, and processes.

• Partner with your PM and Engineering leads to align on current priorities and areas of focus.

By Day 60

• Lead user research and validation activities for your area.

• Start delivering design artifacts for upcoming product initiatives.

• Proactively suggest improvements to design process or tools.

By Day 90

• Own design execution in your product area end-to-end.

• Contribute to shaping product strategy with insights and design perspective.

• Introduce or pilot one new tool, method, or workflow that helps level up design quality or velocity.

What You’ve Accomplished (Qualifications)

• Proven Product Designer with a portfolio that sets the industry standard.

• Expert-level skills in Figma.

• Strong advocate for user-centered design and deep understanding of usability principles.

• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to both designers and non-designers.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to support design choices with metrics and research.

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, or research is a plus.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and technologies, especially AI.

• High integrity and full commitment to quality and outcomes.

• Growth-oriented, product-focused mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.

• Receptive to feedback and open to diverse perspectives.
