We are seeking an experienced, research-led Senior Product Designer with a focus on strategic design and design systems to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping design strategy, while maintaining design language across all products.

You will be part of a growing design team that is continuously improving our product experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of design activities for our web and mobile applications, spanning from ideation all the way to high-fidelity prototyping. You will also be contributing to our ever-growing design system, building components and architecting new needs, as well shaping the North Star design vision of gaming products.

Day to day, you will lead tactical and strategic projects, small or big ones, work on tasks with a lot of self-direction and be responsible for the design deliverables. You will be collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences.

We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the development teams that need our support.

Our cooperation is framed in between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process.

Having time to learn and grow in weekly design chapter meetings.

Plus, our business as usual does not only include velocity, designs and tickets but also participation in the Norman Nielsen certification.

What you’ll be doing

Passion for User-Centered Design

• Design with users in mind — craft flows, interactions, and features that truly resonate with their needs and goals.

• Leverage user research to understand user behaviors/motivations and make design decisions grounded in data and insight, not assumptions.

Project & Stakeholder Management Skills

• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects with clarity and efficiency.

• Maintain structure and consistency across design files, assets, and documentation.

• Align business objectives and technical constraints with user expectations and design best practices.

• Communicate design intent effectively and present work confidently across audiences — from peers to senior stakeholders.

Strategic Design Mindset

• Act as a strategic partner to product teams, helping shape the long-term product vision through design exploration and analysis.

• Design for lasting impact, not short-term fixes — bring fresh, bold, and scalable ideas that strengthen product value by driving adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.

• Translate strategic ideas into conceptual designs and UX journeys to effectively communicate vision and direction to stakeholders.

Growth Mindset and Continuous Improvement

• Proactively seek and provide constructive feedback to raise the bar for design quality.

• Participate in regular design critiques to give and receive feedback on design work.

• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Team Spirit

• Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm ideas and explore creative solutions to design challenges.

• Work cross-functionally with Product Owners, Developers, Product Managers, and Designers from your team and others to co-design impactful solutions to business and user problems.

Design System Knowledge

• Build reusable components that secure consistency and scalability.

• Work with centralized design system principles.

• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure design components simulate implementation and are properly developed.

• Properly document and annotate components to support smooth implementation.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years designing digital consumer products experiences across platforms (Web, Natives, Mobile, Desktop, Tablet);

• Wireframing and prototyping experience with Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, Illustrator or other design-related tools;

• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components;

• Strong product sense to impact the strategic vision, growing the products and come up with out-of-the box ideas inspired by various industries;

• Basic research acumen to contribute to user research through formulating research questions and objectives;

Νice to have

• Experience with casino, gaming products; it would be considered an asset if you have experience working in relevant industries, and if you have a genuine interest in other entertainment or online retail industries, such as movie/music streaming, e-commerce;

• Adept at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment;

• Basic knowledge of Usability and A/B Testing;
