Requirements:
Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality, user-focused design solutions for both mobile and web applications, prioritizing seamless usability and visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams to define the product vision, converting business objectives and complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Manage the entire design process, from initial discovery and brainstorming to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery.
• Utilize strategic and analytical approaches to develop design systems and workflows that support scalability and adapt to changing product demands.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers by offering constructive feedback, sharing best practices, and maintaining design consistency across different platforms.
• Gain a thorough understanding of user personas and journeys to create meaningful and effective product experiences.
• Promote user-centered design decisions that are supported by data, research findings, and usability testing results.
• Effectively present and explain design concepts, reasoning, and trade-offs to stakeholders, including founders and cross-functional teams.
• Investigate and experiment with cutting-edge design trends, technologies, and UX methodologies relevant to B2B SaaS settings.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, components, and style guides to facilitate efficient teamwork and ensure design uniformity across groups.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI), demonstrating a successful history of delivering impactful designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Robust portfolio featuring complex product workflows, preferably within B2B SaaS or data-intensive tools.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like FigJam and Miro.
• Capability to develop and maintain wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating insights into iterative design improvements.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility requirements, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, balancing user needs with business goals effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver superior results within deadlines.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading designers is advantageous.
