The Impact You’ll Make

Our identity platform enables frictionless onboarding and authentication experiences for millions of users across fintech, government, and enterprise sectors. As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape how trust feels in a digital world—creating experiences that are intuitive, secure, and human. You’ll lead design initiatives across platforms, translating complex identity challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. Your work will directly influence how users experience confidence, safety, and speed when interacting with Incode’s technology.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• End-to-End Product Design – Lead the design of critical product surfaces, from capture flows to enterprise dashboards, ensuring experiences are seamless, fast, and trustworthy.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving – Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to define problems, frame opportunities, and deliver global, scalable solutions.

• Prototyping & Design Systems – Create high-fidelity prototypes and evolve our Design System across mobile SDKs, web apps, and enterprise tools for consistency and clarity.

• User Research & Insights – Partner with UX Research to conduct usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.

• Design Excellence & Mentorship – Elevate design quality through mentorship, process refinement, and advocacy for best-in-class execution and documentation.

• Craft for Trust & Delight – Champion accessibility, motion, and micro-interactions that enhance clarity, empathy, and delight in high-trust environments.

Your Background

• 5+ years designing and shipping digital products end-to-end, ideally in complex, data-heavy, or regulated domains.

• Deep expertise in interaction and visual design, systems thinking, accessibility, and responsive behavior.

• Proven ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional decisions.

• Strong presentation skills and fluency in English.

• Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to deliver in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity, security, fintech, or AI-powered products.

• Familiarity with SDK design, multi-platform ecosystems, or developer-facing interfaces.

• Passion for motion design, prototyping, or advanced Figma systems (tokens, variables, component architecture).

• Experience mentoring designers or contributing to internal design culture.
