3Pillar builds breakthrough software products that power digital businesses, as a Senior Delivery Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall business transformation of our clients, positioning them as leaders in their industries. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping 3Pillar’s reputation as a market leader, directly influencing our growth trajectory and market positioning.

As a Senior Delivery Executive, you will adeptly navigate, identify, and partner with C-level client stakeholders and build deep trusted partnerships that secure alignment between 3Pillar delivery and our client priorities. You will work within the 3Pillar ecosystem to galvanize teams cross-departmentally and ensure that we deliver the best outcomes possible for our clients. While providing strategic direction to delivery teams, your primary focus will be upward and outward, while day-to-day operations are managed by 3Pillar Delivery Leadership.

Senior Delivery Executive Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Partner and Advisor: In this executive capacity, you will have the authority to make pivotal decisions that impact the direction of large-scale enterprise accounts, driving organizational change and innovation at both 3Pillar and our client partners. You will be a trusted partner with C-suite executives, leaders and boards of the world’s leading organizations, helping them reinvent their enterprise to drive greater growth, enhance competitiveness, and implement operational improvements. In this role you will anticipate where our clients are going, and prepare 3Pillar teams to deliver for the future of their business. Your role will be to ensure that economic buyers and key stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned on delivery objectives, guaranteeing that we deliver exceptional products that drive our clients’ business success.

• Strategic Client Solutioning: You will lead initiatives that drive innovation and market differentiation, ensuring that both 3Pillar and our clients stay ahead of industry trends and set new benchmarks for success. You will define and execute the strategic vision across enterprise accounts. You will identify and align with client business requirements, providing innovative solutions to solve their market problems. Your ability to build strategic alignment and clarity regarding the technical solutions that will best serve the client, will set you apart as a leader in this role.

• Lead Strategic Accounts to Success: You will facilitate executive level governance , in alignment with our Client Engagement SDLC framework (Lightwave). The delivery of these accounts will require full Program execution with multiple teams from our client and 3Pillar where we OWN THE ULTIMATE OUTCOME. This includes direct oversight of engagements that are critical to the company’s growth and reputation. Your strategic acumen and ability to navigate complex client landscapes will be essential in driving these accounts to successful outcomes. You will be a hands-on leader where necessary, bridging the gap between high-level vision and day-to-day delivery. Your leadership will be characterized by your ability to articulate a compelling vision and connect disparate dots into cohesive strategies that 3Pillar and client teams can follow. Your strategic oversight will extend across key enterprise accounts, and you will align with Sales and Client Services to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities.


Success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
• Executive Partnership: You will have a track record of leaders who rely on you for expert advice and consulting on highly complex product development.

• Strategic Consulting in Product: Extensive experience in leading full product lifecycle development with a focus on strategic alignment and market differentiation.

• Expert Collaboration and Influence: Proven ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals, balancing the demands of Sales, Client Services, and Delivery teams to achieve superior client outcomes.

• Enterprise Account Expertise: Deep understanding of the complexities and drivers of success within large-scale enterprise accounts, with the ability to translate these into actionable delivery strategies.

• Global Perspective: Experience working across cultures and geographies, with the ability to lead and integrate global teams effectively.


To fulfill this role, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• Product Development Leadership: Minimum 10+ years of experience leading strategic, multi-million dollar product development initiatives across diverse industries, with a proven track record of driving innovation and market leadership. Must have experience delivering fixed outcome based projects.

• Strategic Account Management: 7+ years of experience managing high-value and high-risk enterprise accounts, with a proven ability to deliver on complex, multi-faceted engagements.

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience in influencing and managing expectations at the executive level, both internally and externally.

• Must be based in the US or Canada - proximate to clients


To be successful in this role, you will likely have the following experience:
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions and drive ongoing enhancement.

• Global Team Leadership: Experience leading diverse, global teams with a focus on fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

• Travel Expectation: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including occasional international travel, to meet with client stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
