Senior Product Data Analyst (VPN)

This team comprises experts who specialize in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data, as well as building predictive models using machine learning algorithms. The Data team also takes pride in creating robust data products that allow other teams to monitor, plan, and achieve their goals effectively.

If you want to::
•
Own product analytics across the VPN user journey;

•
Partner with product managers and engineers to shape decisions, not just report outcomes;

•
Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations;

•
Define and maintain core product metrics (e.g., connection speed, stability, etc.);

•
Drive experimentation on product experience;

•
Identify friction in the user journey and quantify its impact on retention and LTV;

•
Build analytics solutions end-to-end: data models, dashboards, and deep dives;

•
Proactively surface insights that improve product performance.

And you can check off::
•
Strong experience in product analytics (SaaS or consumer apps; subscriptions are a plus);

•
Advanced SQL and experience with event-level data;

•
Familiarity with modern analytics tools (dbt, Tableau, Git);

•
Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical work;

•
Solid understanding of experimentation, funnels, and retention;

•
Clear, concise communication that drives decisions.
