Senior Product Analyst

Our Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to independently lead the adoption of analytics and insights, and champion a data-driven agenda across the product organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in product analytics, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to influence product strategy.

What you will do

• Independently drive data-driven recommendations and insights, partnering with leadership to shape strategic decision-making processes and product roadmap prioritization.

• Design, execute, and own complex analysis on large datasets to identify product opportunities and key drivers of business value.

• Act as the primary data consultant and thought leader for product managers and engineering, guiding them in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and designing instrumentation to ensure a robust data infrastructure.

• Evangelize the data-driven agenda by clearly and compellingly communicating complex analytical findings to executive and cross-functional audiences, leading to measurable product improvements.

What we expect

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Product Analytics, with a significant track record in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and define the core analytical questions that will unlock product growth.

• Proven ability to effectively influence senior product and business stakeholders through data storytelling, and drive data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex data and insights to various audiences, including executive leadership.

• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.

• Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment.

• Hands-on experience in product analytics tools (preferably “Pendo”) and Jira - Must

• High level of SQL and data processing skills.

• Fluent in English - writing and speaking - Must
