• Maintain System Functionality: Troubleshoot issues with cameras, sensors, and related equipment to ensure consistent operation. Adjust process parameters via HMIs as necessary, using knowledge of the production process.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operation of all systems, applying understanding of the production process to optimize performance.
• Ensure Product Quality: Monitor systems to uphold quality standards and make necessary adjustments to process parameters to maintain product quality, informed by understanding of the production process.
• Provide Training: Assist colleagues in developing proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting process parameters via HMIs. Additionally, share expertise regarding the production process.
• Education: Graduation from a technical high school, ideally with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or automation fields.
• Work Experience: Preferred 5 years' experience in a comparable position within a highly automated production setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of sensors, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), pneumatics, vision systems, and robotics is beneficial.
