Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Ltd., with plants in Eger and Maklar, is an automotive supplier of steering gears, steering columns, steering shafts and remanufactured parts of the highest quality and in the most efficient way to the world's most renowned car manufacturers. • Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing methods and processes
• Supervise problem-solving, testing, and validation of machines and systems
• Optimize assembly line parameters and manage wear parts systems
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and quality standards
• Create and maintain production-related documentation
• Support new projects, including new assembly lines and line modifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
• Apply BPS principles and contribute to continuous improvement of production KPIs
• Coordinate and supervise knowledge transfer (IPN / Yokoten) and deliver training

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Several years of manufacturing / production engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly lines
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement (BPS / Lean)
• Ability to coordinate and supervise production activities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
• Fluent English
• Fluent Hungarian
