Senior/ Principal Product Manager (Cards)

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and vision in alignment with overall business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market trends, and competitive analysis
• Champion the user experience, ensuring products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and value
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization
• Foster a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and user experience to ensure products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and value
• Use data-driven insights to develop and optimize key metrics to measure and improve product performance
• Drive successful go-to-market strategies that result in market growth, work closely with relevant teams to ensure adoption and success
• Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
• Strong background in the fintech or banking industry, with a deep understanding of Financial Services products
• Must have cards background
• Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
• Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
• Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
• A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
• High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, excited to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse work environment
