Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business needs and translate them into effective and scalable technical solutions.
Prepare tailored proposals, define scope, and develop solution concepts aligned with both business and technical requirements.
Participate in tenders (RFI/RFP), contributing to structured and competitive responses.
Present and demonstrate solutions to clients on both business and technical levels.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth alignment with delivery teams from presales through implementation.
Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Salesforce, IBM, and others) to define optimal solution approaches, including understanding licensing models and shaping commercially viable offers.
Provide continuous technical support to relevant teams throughout both the sales and delivery lifecycle.
What You Bring
Around 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or system integration roles.
Proven experience working in enterprise environments and navigating complex IT solutions.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: CRM / FSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar), Data & AI platforms, Integration technologies (API, ESB, microservices), or OSS/BSS / monitoring systems.
Familiarity with tenders, proposal preparation, vendor ecosystems, and licensing models.
A mix of curiosity, structured thinking, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly — whether to technical or business audiences, both orally and in writing.
