We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Presales and Solutions Manager to join a fast-paced and growing team. This role requires a tech-savvy professional who is enthusiastic about delivering value to enterprise clients and skilled at closing complex deals. With deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, you will be instrumental in identifying how the platform can support clients in achieving their strategic goals.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients overcome implementation challenges, designing solutions throughout the sales cycle, and delivering tailored proposals that enhance customer experience. You must possess a strong ability to translate business objectives into compelling, actionable solutions.


Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Develop and present innovative solution ideas that address key business issues of prospective clients.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of enterprise SaaS products to educate and influence client stakeholders.
• Conduct field-based and on-site Proof of Concepts to validate technical requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers and Business Development teams to navigate complex deal cycles and engage with C-level executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—business development, marketing, technology, and finance—to ensure solutions are aligned with customer needs and delivered on schedule.
• Identify product and technology gaps and communicate feedback to product and leadership teams.
• Lead change management initiatives by working directly with clients’ field teams, warehouses, or remote branches.
• Analyze clients’ business KPIs and prepare business impact reports for management presentations.
• Proactively generate leads and engage with potential clients across geographies and time zones.
• Support the sales cycle by conducting pilots, presenting results, and building stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting, preferably within SaaS organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products and ecosystems.
• Exceptional multitasking ability with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Proficient in managing system integrations, RFI/RFP documentation, SOW creation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
• Confident, proactive, and collaborative team player with a sense of humor and high energy.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) for client engagements.
