Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior PR Executive or Assistant PR Manager with a global focus to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives to enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility on a global scale. This role requires strong communication skills, media relations expertise, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive global PR strategies to increase brand awareness and positive media coverage.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with international media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure editorial coverage and PR opportunities.
• Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages and company news to target audiences.
• Organize and manage press events, product launches, media briefings, and other PR activities to generate media interest and coverage.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, conduct media analysis, and prepare reports to evaluate PR effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure alignment of PR initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Serve as a spokesperson and media liaison for the company, responding to media inquiries, interview requests, and crisis communications as needed.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for thought leadership and executive visibility through speaking engagements, awards, and industry conferences.
• Develop and maintain PR databases, press lists, and contact databases to support PR campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in PR and communications to inform PR strategy and tactics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably with a global focus.
• Preferably from Fintech/ Financial Services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage on a global scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling PR materials.
• Strong media relations skills, with an extensive network of media contacts and experience pitching stories to journalists and influencers.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving measurable PR objectives.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and accommodate international travel as needed.
• Proficiency in PR software and tools, such as Cision, Meltwater, or PR Newswire, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in crisis communications and reputation management is a plus.
