We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Business Intelligence Analyst to join a high-impact data and analytics team supporting a leading global digital experience organization. This role will focus on transforming complex business data into actionable insights through scalable reporting solutions, interactive dashboards, and strategic analytics.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, stakeholder engagement, and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design reporting frameworks, optimize existing dashboards, and enable business leaders to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs to support business performance tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights.
• Enhance reporting performance and usability by applying best practices in dashboard design and data visualization.
• Support ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting requests.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, governance, and reporting standards.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, or similar modern data environments.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define KPIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have qualifications

• Experience in digital services, customer experience, or technology-driven organizations.
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts and modern BI architecture.
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading BI initiatives.

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles.
