Purpose: KPI-basierte Analyse und Steuerung des IOT Portfolios, mit dem Ziel Produktperformance sicherzustellen sowie Revenue Mix und Profitabilitätsziele zu erreichen

Deine Aufgaben:

• Sie erstellen komplexe Risiko-/Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen/Business Cases
• Sie führen Markt- und Wettbewerberanalysen sowie Studien inkl. Trendscouting
• Sie identifizieren Portfoliolücken und führen KPI-gestützte Portfolio-Reviews durch
• Sie erarbeiten Handlungsempfehlungen und definieren KPIs für die Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios und steuern die notwendigen übergreifenden Abstimmungsprozesse
• Sie bereiten Entscheidungen zu strategischen Handlungsfeldern vor und diskutieren die Ergebnisse mit dem Management
• Sie erarbeiten komplexen Design- und Implementierungsmaßnahmen des Portfolio Managementprozesse
• Sie leiten Projekte mit strategischer Relevanz (bspw. Business Review)

Dein Profil:

• Fundierte Erfahrung im operativen und strategischen Portfolio Management (Tools & Methoden)
• Fortgeschrittenes Fachwissen im Thema Business Case Justification & Business Modelling
• Expertenwissen in der Datenanalyse und -visualisierung (Recherche, Analyse & Aufbereitung)
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklungsstrategie
• Gute Kenntnisse des IOT Produktportfolios und Markt
• Hervorragende Erfahrungen in der Leitung von strategisch ausgerichteten Projekten und Durchführung von Business Reviews
• Sehr gute Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen
• Spaß, Themen im dynamischen Umfeld zu gestalten
• Fundierte aufgabenspezifische Soft Skills wie z.B. Kommunikationsstärke, hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, innovative, konsequente und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise bei der Umsetzung der Ziele
• Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder Management (Schnittstelle Produkt, Sales, Technik) 
• Sprache: Primär Deutsch, Sekundär: Englisch
