What you can expect from us...
Complete, extend, and maintain our central Kubernetes platform that serves development teams throughout the organization
Implement security policies, disaster recovery strategies and guardrails across the platform
Design and implement cloud-agnostic solutions supporting our multi-cloud strategy
Support development teams with onboarding and migration efforts
Create documentation and runbooks to support platform adoption and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and automation frameworks
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud providers
What we would expect from you...
5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
Deep expertise in Kubernetes including multi-tenancy, RBAC, networking, and cluster operations
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with extensive AWS experience
Extensive knowledge about Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform/Tofu, Terragrunt and Crossplane
Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux
Solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
Passion for developer experience and building self-service platforms that enable engineering teams
Experience migrating from proprietary services to open-source alternatives is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work autonomously in an agile team
