We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

You'll join our core DevOps Platform team, owning the internal services we offer to development teams—Redpanda/Kafka, ClickHouse, MySQL, Valkey, and others. Internal PaaS: you build it, run it, tune it, and help teams use it well. While keeping DevOps practices, allowing teams to contribute in a sustainable, agreed fashion both to code and best practices. You might own one technology end-to-end, or several if that's your thing. We'd like you to bring strong experience in at least one tool, but we're looking forward to letting people learn and evolve. We're hiring 2 engineers. You'll start as part of the DevOps squad, with the potential to grow into a separate dedicated squad over time.

A word from the team:

We maintain a service catalog of critical infrastructure offered as managed services to internal teams. We need someone who can write solid Helm templates, handle performance tuning, build proper observability, and help development teams adopt best practices. We're not looking for someone to just keep things running. We need someone who drives improvements, sets standards, and becomes the person teams come to when things get complex.

Your day-to-day::
• Own and operate platform services as internal PaaS offerings.
• Write and maintain Helm templates, Kubernetes operators, or similar solutions for deploying and managing these services.
• Design for reliability, scalability, and self-service where possible.
• Performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Enabling development teams.
• Help teams integrate with platform services properly.
• Establish and document best practices.
• Consult on architecture decisions.
• Be the SME teams turn to.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for platform services; consult DevOps squad for tooling.
• Diagnose and fix performance issues and failures.
• Improve runbooks and automation

Your skills & experience::
• Deep experience with at least one of: Redpanda/Kafka, ClickHouse, MySQL, Valkey/Redis, or similar
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting at scale
• Solid Kubernetes and Helm knowledge
• Experience building observability for infrastructure
• Can explain technical stuff clearly to other engineers

Nice to have:
• Expertise in multiple platform technologies
• Go, Python, or similar
• Background in platform/tooling teams
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
• Kubernetes operators
• CDC and event-driven architectures

Salary::
• Gross salary: 5800 - 8200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
