The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining PAAS instances, with a strong focus on Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. The successful candidate will also be expected to work with various open-source projects, including Nagios, RT, Esper, Alfresco, and Jasper.

Job Description

We want a System and LAMP Stack Engineer to support IPsofts PAAS instances being part of PAAS team . The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge, flexibility and desire to be involved with all facets of IT and LAMP Stack administration.

• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) installation, customization, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Tomcat administration .
• Experience and interest to work with Open source projects like Nagios,RT,esper, alfresco,jasper etc
• Hands-on experience with shell scripting or any programming knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills-written and oral-with the ability to positively interact with others and provide technical support throughout all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in multitasking environment.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer science or related field.
• Experience in a Multi-client environment
• Knowledge and experience with projects involving Apache-Tomcat integration.
• Our stack is LAMJ (Linux , Apache , Mysql and Java application) so candidate with this experience is preferred.
• Strong Linux administration skills with experience configuring, monitoring, and
• troubleshooting computer networks.
• Basic Networking knowledge - troubleshooting network problems.
• Knowledge and experience with ITSM Tools.
• Perl scripting knowledge.
