Senior Planogram Analyst

The position is a hybrid model, employees work the majority of their time off-site. On-site opportunities to meet with clients and team members as needed.   All candidates must reside in the Metro Minneapolis/St Paul area for consideration.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Planogram Analyst to provide planogram support and expertise to the retailer’s merchant team.  The ability to become a subject matter expert on process/execution and drive timing & action quickly is critical in this role. This role will require the candidate to exercise discretion and independent judgment while providing the retailer with analysis and insights.  The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, a confident, motivated individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask across business lines.

What You Will Accomplish

Partnership with the retailer to determine needed Planogram changes

Build out planogram versions to support applicable strategies using JDA Space Planning

Manage POG process, timing & action, and meet production deadlines

Work with cross-functional partners to effectively communicate milestones and timelines throughout the process

Download/upload Planograms and trouble shoot any errors

Create recaps of changes to Planograms

Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

You have strong analytical skills

You have 2-3 years’ experience in JDA Space Planning, and you are proficient in the software

You have been successful in roles requiring high attention to detail and accuracy

You develop strong internal and external relationships, building rapport with partners to deliver on key business objectives and strategies

You have a problem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge the established norms

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and are a self-starter who takes initiative to explore

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

You have been successful in Planogram related roles
