The Role

We are looking for a Senior Planogram Analyst to provide planogram support and expertise using JDA Space Planning for our clients.  The ability to become a subject matter expert on process/execution and drive timing & action quickly is critical in this role. This role will require the candidate to exercise discretion and independent judgment while providing the retailer with analysis and insights.  The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, a confident, motivated individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask across business lines.

What You Will Accomplish

Collaborates with business partners to develop, align, and execute transition plans

Develop Merchandising Excellence best practices in every planogram to provide a consistent shopping experience regardless of location

Create, monitor, maintain, publish planograms using JDA Pro Space and related tools

Build collaborative relationships, drive merchandising and space recommendations

Supports and educates partners on planogram principles

Partners with client to execute product mock-up to test and validate merchandising solutions via JDA Pro Space or physical representation

Ability to provide timely and accurate planogram store counts, version counts and item lists

Continually identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies by evaluating and streamlining workload

What We Are Looking For

You have 2+ years of experience working with Target Headquarters

You have 2+ years of JDA Space Planning experience

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and are a self-starter who takes initiative to explore

You have a problem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge the established norms

You develop strong internal and external relationships, building rapport with partners, and able to deliver on key business objectives and strategies.

You are proficient building planograms in JDA Space Planning and utilizing Target systems

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
