Job Description

Reporting to
Project Manager - India you will:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.

Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.

Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritising a safe working environment for all involved.

Manage project documentation, including SOPs,HIRA, HAZCOMs,DPRs etc.

Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives and maintain the MoM’s.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.

Close collaboration with cross functions like Air Ops,Projects,SCM,Finance, HR for the smooth functioning of the project.

Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management working in any power transmission developer/EPC in India with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software's like MS Projects/Monday.com/Primavera.

Excellent working knowledge in MS Office suites.

Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, like Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA.

Experience in working with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
