Job Description

Senior Backend PHP Developer £500 per day (12 Months+ / Option of working from Remote / Outside IR35)

Seasoned PHP developer to work on a new Greenfield backend REST API for the transport industry and help implement it. You will be working alongside a Senior API Engineer in a smaller, long established, non-corporate and friendly agency outside of IR35 delivering a major project for a large transport industry client.

·London, Bristol or Cornwall.

·Full option of working from remote.

Must Haves

·Experience in PHP 7 with Codeigniter 3 as the framework

·Good communication skills to work with the internal team and third party technical teams

·UK based during the working week

·Fluent in English

Desirable/Nice to have

·Knowledge of Drupal 7

·Experience with SOAP API services

·Knowledge of MySQL

·Experience of GIT

·AWS experience

·JavaScript framework experience (for testing)

·Used to Agile working methodologies

·Linux experience

·Jira knowledge

·Rail industry Experience (just for the acronyms!)
