Responsibilities:
-Strong understanding of the project from a business perspective;
-Strong understanding of system architecture. Knowing how to add new features while maintaining code simplicity and robustness;
-Participating in code reviews;
-Writing defensive code;
-Awareness of code performance;
-Maintaining a good working relationship with the Tech Lead;
-Efficient API protocol negotiation with other teams;
-Explaining system workings to other members;
-Contributing ideas and raising questions in group discussions;
-Addressing small code issues (bad design) immediately and planning for larger ones;
-Adapting to changes in technology and project requirements;
-Ensuring features work well post-release;
-Questioning the value of tasks: whether the requested change is worth doing vs the cost of increased complexity and development time;
-Striving for bug-free features;
-Proactively investigating bug reports.

Requirements:
-Technical English proficiency;
-Proficiency in PHP (Symfony), a willingness to work with legacy code;
-Strong SQL skills;
-Experience working with React, knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript is preferred;
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;
-Good understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
