Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Performance Tester with software testing experience, specializing in JMeter-based performance engineering. Expert in complex workload modeling, cloud-based load testing, CI/CD integration, and deep analysis of system metrics to identify bottlenecks, scalability risks, and tuning opportunities. Strong collaborator delivering actionable insights through clear technical and executive-level reporting.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing.

• Solid expertise in Performance Testing with JMeter.

• Experience scripting complex performance scenarios using JMeter with advanced plugins and custom functions.

• Proficient in designing workload models aligned with non-functional requirements and business objectives.

• Hands-on expertise with cloud-based performance testing platforms (e.g., Azure Load Testing, BlazeMeter) for simulating load, analyzing results, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.

• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting performance test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.

• Experience monitoring system metrics (CPU, memory, network, database) during load tests to correlate infrastructure performance with application behavior.

• Knowledge of performance tuning strategies across applications, databases, and infrastructure layers.

• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts such as capacity planning, scalability, and reliability testing.

• Experience preparing detailed performance test reports and dashboards for technical and executive audiences.
