What we’re looking for

Senior-level experience building and optimizing performance campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, and more.

Experience managing paid media for mobile apps and working with MMPs (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular) is a strong plus.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics certifications are highly valued.

Strong analytical skills: understanding attribution, interpreting data, and applying metrics to marketing decisions.

Someone proactive, curious, and always learning — a strategic thinker who wants to keep growing in performance media and growth marketing.

Advanced English (required).

Programmatic advertising experience (highly valued!).

About the role

You’ll join an expert team focused on user acquisition and retention, working side-by-side with global brands.
You’ll design and execute data-driven marketing strategies with a strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and real business outcomes.

📍 Remote-only position

🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (Uruguay time)
