WE ARE HIRING:
Senior Performance Marketing Lead
Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in Performance/Paid Media with ownership of high-spend accounts.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads (planning, execution, and optimization).
Experience optimizing toward high-value conversions (ideally deposits/sales/revenue, not just leads).
Strong analytical skills: critical reading of attribution models, cohorts, saturation, incrementality, and trade-offs.
Experience with GA4 (events, conversions, basic explorations) and UTM governance.
Executive communication skills: clear reporting, data storytelling, and actionable recommendations.
Fluent English (C1 level) for communication and presentations.
Extreme attention to detail (QA, tracking, budgets, pacing, compliance).
Proactive mindset: does not wait for instructions; proposes, executes, and documents.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
Effective collaboration with creative teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategy and planning focused on FTD (First-Time Deposits).
Execute hands-on campaign management across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
Own measurement, attribution, and incrementality analysis (core responsibility of the role).
Deliver reporting and insights tailored for C-level stakeholders.
Design full-funnel media plans (awareness → registration → FTD) with clear hypotheses and structured testing roadmaps.
Align measurement for FTD by defining events, conversions, and a clear “source of truth” (GA4 + reconciliation with client data when applicable).
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, audience targeting standards, platform policies, claims, and brand safety requirements.
Operate under strict SLAs, ensuring rapid response times, urgent adjustments, and risk control.
