(Senior) People Operations Specialist (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by being a key and integral part of our People team. This role should be the subject matter expert for People Ops topics for the HQ/Berlin.

What you will do:

• Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and other record-keeping systems with attention to detail.

• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance the employee experience and scalability.

• Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

• Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Manage visa application processes and work directly with immigration services.

• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, providing clear and timely support.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Operations function.

• Use data insights to refine processes and support informed decision-making.
