Senior PCB-CCA Designer in Space Products (m/w/d)

Your Mission
• Lead and coordinate technical engineering projects in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Design and size electronic products, ensuring alignment with system architecture and business rules
• Analyze requirements and develop technical specifications for electronic sub-assemblies and boards
• Define system architecture, allocate functions, and select optimal technical solutions
• Execute detailed product design and participate in design and industrialization reviews
• Identify, analyze, and resolve defects across all development phases; support integration and validation activities
• Manage co-engineering efforts and subcontracting activities, including supplier coordination and performance monitoring
• Provide technical support during bid and development phases, and assist project management with cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting
What We Are Looking For
• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics), with a strong background in analog and digital design
• Strong knowledge of electronics standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Familiarity with tools, methods, and processes across design, testing, validation, qualification, and deployment
• High level of analytical thinking, rigor, and structured problem-solving approach
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making capability
• Team-oriented attitude combined with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
• ·Strong organizational skills, including workload prioritization, budget awareness, and deadline management
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to compliant, high-quality solutions
