Job Description:
• Manage the full payroll cycle for 500+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing using Excel and HR systems.
• Administer payroll additions and deductions, overtime calculations, allowances, and attendance-based payroll inputs.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain payroll templates, trackers, and databases to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and support system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvements.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, social insurance, and other company benefits, ensuring accurate enrollment, updates, and deductions.
• Coordinate with HR and external providers to manage benefits lifecycle activities such as onboarding, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies related to benefits administration and reporting.
Requirements:
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Payroll.
• Experience in Benefits is preferable.
• Bachelor degree in any relevant degree.
