Job Description

Do you want to help build an environment where the very best people can do amazing work?

Then Jobber might be the place for you! We’re looking for a Senior Partner Manager, Product Partnerships (Partner Success) to be part of our Partnerships department.

Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with small home service businesses, like your local plumbers, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology. With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers while providing an easy and professional customer experience. Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That’s why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want!

Our culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation has been recognized by Great Place to Work, Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and more. Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50™, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500™ lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we’ve come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers.

The team:

The Product Partnerships team at Jobber builds and scales strategic technology relationships that create powerful product experiences for our shared customers. From industry leaders like QuickBooks, Gusto, and DocuSign to emerging ecosystem partners, we focus on delivering measurable growth and long-term value through integration and collaboration.

The role:

Reporting to the Director, Product Partnerships, the Senior Partner Manager, Product Partnerships (Partner Success)  will own a portfolio of strategic technology partners and define the long-term partner success function post-activation.

This role combines direct book-of-business accountability with strategic program leadership. You will manage and grow a defined portfolio of key partners, while also designing and operationalizing Jobber’s approach to partner lifecycle management — crafting the partner journey, documenting best practices, and building scalable frameworks that drive growth, retention, and expansion across the ecosystem.

This is a highly strategic and commercially minded role requiring executive relationship management, cross-functional leadership, operational rigor, and experience scaling product partnerships in a fast-growing environment.

Travel to partner sites and industry conferences will be required.

As the Senior Partner Manager, Product Partnerships (Partner Success), you will:

• Portfolio Management & Growth

• Own and manage a defined book of strategic technology partners post-activation

• Drive day-to-day partner management, ensuring alignment on shared goals and KPIs

• Develop and execute joint business plans to accelerate revenue, adoption, and product expansion

• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new integration opportunities within your portfolio

• Lead executive business reviews and ongoing performance discussions

• Manage renewals and lead complex commercial negotiations to maximize value for Jobber

• Partner Success Strategy & Operating Model

• Own the partner function post-activation, establishing a structured and scalable engagement model

• Design and implement the end-to-end partner journey from launch through scale

• Define partner success metrics, health indicators, and governance standards

• Document best practices and create repeatable frameworks for partner management

• Establish meeting cadences, reporting templates, QBR structures, and growth playbooks

• Build scalable processes that enable the broader team to manage partners consistently and effectively

• Strategic Influence & Expansion

• Influence partner product roadmaps to align with Jobber’s strategic priorities

• Identify ecosystem gaps and conduct buy/build/partner analyses

• Monitor market, industry, and competitive trends to inform partnership strategy

• Partner closely with the Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships to ensure seamless transition from deal activation to growth

• Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Success teams to align partnership initiatives with Jobber’s broader business objectives

• Enable co-marketing and co-sell motions to drive customer acquisition and retention

• Provide partnership insights and performance reporting to senior leadership

To be successful, you should have:

• Experience in product partnerships, strategic account management, or business development within technology companies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

• Experience managing and growing a portfolio/book of partners with measurable commercial impact

• Demonstrated success building or scaling partner programs and lifecycle frameworks

• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex agreements

• Proven ability to exceed growth and revenue targets

• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic action

• Technical fluency and understanding of product development and APIs

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for building structured systems while driving real business results

• Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and partner engagements
