Headquarters is located in Sandy, Utah however this position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.
Overall Responsibility:
The Senior Partner Development Manager is responsible for growth in a specific geographic region and represents Telarus to Provider Channel Managers, (Local Channel Managers or LCM’s) current Telarus partners, and prospective partners.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Recruiting
Form alliances with provider LCM’s
Identify, visit, and sign active partners not currently selling with Telarus
Identify, visit and sign MSP’s and VAR’s not currently selling network and voice services
Activating and Growing
Meet with producing Telarus partners on a regular basis to assess needs and encourage ongoing production
Identify growth opportunities in which partners can use additional Telarus services
Host local events with suppliers
Consults With:
RVP
Regional Director
Partner Support Manager
All levels of management
Qualifications:
Must be a connecter and thrive on meeting new people and networking
Must be a competitor, motivated by achievement and winning
Telecom experience desired but not required
Effective communicator via phone or email
Effective listener
Maintain a role of ethics and honesty
Requires CTP certification within 90 days of employment
Requires Cable certification within 90 days of employment
