About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has deep experience managing and optimizing complex paid social campaigns across major platforms.
This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who loves testing, analyzing results, improving efficiencies, and delivering strong client outcomes. You will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams while managing campaigns from launch through reporting and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Manage budget pacing, bid strategies, and performance optimization to exceed KPIs
• Execute structured A/B testing frameworks to improve efficiency and scale results
• Conduct campaign QA across campaigns, ad sets, and ads
• Collaborate on media planning to align with client strategy and objectives
• Develop weekly and ad hoc performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards
• Pull data, analyze trends, and craft performance insights for campaign wrap-ups and QBRs
• Stay up to date with new platform features, beta opportunities, and industry trends
• Recommend optimizations to internal processes and campaign structures to improve performance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of paid social buying experience across multiple platforms (Meta required; TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube strongly preferred)
• Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required)
• Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of budget pacing, bid strategies, and performance optimization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in an agency environment is strongly preferred
• Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus
