We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist who’s excited to take the lead on our paid social advertising efforts. You’ll bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in performance marketing, and at least 2 years of dedicated Meta and TikTok ad management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Develop, execute, and optimize social advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

• Work closely with our creative team to guide the development of TikTok and Instagram-specific content that resonates with our target audience.

• Collaborate across teams, including brand, content, analytics and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

• Optimize performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, budgeting and creative iteration.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Keep up with the latest paid social trends and features to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.

• Develop strategies for influencer collaborations and creator-driven content campaigns to boost brand visibility.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful performance marketing strategies.

• 2+ years of full time Meta and TikTok ad campaign management, with a deep understanding of their platforms, ad formats, and best practices.

• Experience in developing and implementing brand and creative strategies, ideally targeting creators, influencers, or verticals related to the creator economy.

• Proficiency in campaign data analysis and actionable insights delivery.

• Experience with performance analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for Instagram and TikTok, social media trends, and innovative digital marketing strategies.
