About the Opportunity
LMG Staffing Solutions is partnering with a high-growth, design-driven digital marketing agency to identify a Senior Paid Media Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a collaborative, performance-focused team working with ambitious clients across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on paid media expert who understands how campaigns drive real business outcomes—not just traffic. You’ll have ownership over performance, budgets, and execution across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Account Ownership & Execution
• Manage a portfolio of paid media accounts end-to-end
• Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Oversee budgets and ensure performance, efficiency, and scalability
• Maintain clean campaign structures and testing frameworks
• Own performance outcomes and reporting accuracy
Tracking & Measurement
• Implement and validate tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Build and manage tags, triggers, and variables
• Ensure alignment between platform data and analytics tools
• Troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies
Strategy & Optimization
• Align paid media strategies with business goals and KPIs
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies
• Support forecasting and budget planning
Collaboration & Leadership
• Act as a senior resource for campaign QA and troubleshooting
• Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, analytics)
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• 5–7+ years of paid media experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (required)
• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, or CTV is a plus
• Advanced experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
