Senior Paid Media Expert

YOUR ROLE::
• We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Expert to join our internal PPC team at SiteGround. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across our full product portfolio — from web hosting and e-commerce solutions to our AI-powered platforms including Coderick and AI Studio.
• You'll work alongside experienced PPC professionals, managing significant budgets across multiple channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and more) and diverse international markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at a company in the middle of an exciting transformation from a traditional hosting provider to a multi-product AI-powered platform.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES::
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms;
• Own campaign strategy and execution across SiteGround's full product portfolio — Hosting, E-commerce, Website Builder, Coderick AI, AI Studio, Email Marketing;
• Manage and allocate substantial advertising budgets across multiple regions and locales, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and ROI;
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation, while maintaining strategic oversight and human judgment;
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy;
• Create and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing page experiences to maximize conversion rates;
• Build and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards; deliver regular performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, growth, affiliate, and creative teams to align paid media with broader go-to-market strategies;
• Stay ahead of PPC trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to identify new growth opportunities;
• Contribute to international expansion efforts by adapting campaigns for different markets, languages, and cultural contexts.

OUR EXPECTATIONS::
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads;
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets (six figures or more monthly) across multiple markets and locales;
• Strong experience with AI-driven campaign types and automation tools — Performance Max, Smart Bidding, AI-powered creative optimization, and AI agents for PPC workflow;
• Deep understanding of multi-channel paid media strategy, including search, display, video, and paid social;
• Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar BI/reporting tools;
• Experience running campaigns in multiple languages and international markets with localization best practices;
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable business recommendations.

GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE::
• Experience in the web hosting, SaaS, or tech industry;
• Experience with programmatic advertising and emerging ad platforms (TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn);
• Knowledge of first-party data strategies, privacy-first targeting, and cookieless attribution approaches;
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks.
