Job Title: Senior Paid Ads Specialist
Location: Remote

Schedule: Mountain Standard Time - MST (Dayshift)

Salary: $1,280 - $2,000 per months | $8 - $13 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Lago is seeking a proactive and strategic Paid Ads Specialist with a combined background in strategizing, building out, and implementing ads on Facebook, Amazon, Google, and more with experience in leading growth across our digital sales channels. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our ads on these platforms, optimizing PPC performance, and driving traffic through paid media. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, analyze performance data, and implement high-impact strategies to take our brand from ~$20K/month on of paid marketing revenue to 6-figures and beyond. Ideal for someone entrepreneurial, data-savvy, and ready to own the digital growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Management

• Launch and optimize Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon campaigns
• Drive traffic to key sales channels of Shopify and Amazon and support brand awareness through ads

Growth Strategy & Execution for Shopify and Amazon

• Audit listings, storefront, and PPC campaigns
• Scale revenue from ~$20K/month to 6 figures/month through performance-driven strategies
• Own the full digital marketing paid channels: strategy, execution, reporting

Creative & Funnel Strategy

• Collaborate with internal creatives to produce high-performing assets
• Understand and optimize the full conversion funnel from ad click to upsell
• Understand and participate in the development of cross sells, up sells, and down sales
• Maximize AOV (average order value), ROAS (return on ad spend), and CAC (customer acquisition cost), and LTV values (Life Time Value)

Performance Analysis & Insight

• Report weekly/monthly performance and insights
• Identify performance gaps and close them with clear, confident execution

Requirements:
• A strategic thinker with strong initiative—you don’t wait to be told what to do

• Experienced in paid media as a growth vehicle for businesses, with a track record of taking revenue from low to high 6 figures (To be done on paid ad platforms including Amazon)
• Business-minded: You understand goals, seek clarity, and build the roadmap to get there
• Skilled at problem-solving and quick to take action when something’s off
• Curious, driven, and constantly learning (courses, content, testing, iteration)
• Familiar with OKRs or goal-driven performance frameworks
• Able to wear multiple hats and apply your well-rounded experience across ecomm, paid media, and analytics
• Naturally high performing: You elevate whatever you touch, even in a short stint

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the DIY/crafting/hobby space
• Have worked directly with founders or small teams
• Understand influencer/UGC pipelines and external traffic funnels
