• Gathering feedback with internal and external team to get feedback and design packaging according to requirements or highlights from team on the new raw materials or finished goods packaging concept.
• Working with respective department to review and propose physical material flow in the plant from time to time.
• Responsible to ensure packaging from suppliers comply with Bosch packaging specification standards;
• Providing technical support to Sales and Purchasing on Packaging concept, technical drawing, packaging test such as drop and transport testing of the packaging.
• Coordinating and working with the plant packaging experts, warehouse, procurement and purchasing project management teams to align on packaging concepts and outsource the packaging materials.
• Verify and buyoff on the packaging materials sample or sample of packaging concept for new finished goods or new raw materials.
• Assisting the LOG team to define standard quantity to be in the packaging based on production line rate.
• Work closely with SAP key user and packaging IT to maintain and update packaging BOM, packaging drawing in the system, perform UAT test, troubleshoot system issue and provide training to the end user/new user.
• Participating in Bosch Production System improvement projects to enhance system.
• Support on ad-hoc projects/improvements assigned by superior.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in packaging or mechanical design.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools (NX / SolidWorks) and mechanical drawings.
• Basic SAP knowledge; Power Apps / Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and multitask.
• Leadership skills: motivate, influence, and mentor others; monitor LOG goals.
• Decision-making, ownership, results-oriented, and time management.
• Experience in knowledge sharing and implementing new directives.
