Senior P2P Product Manager

Responsibilities:
• Own the full P2P product lifecycle (end-to-end) for global fiat and Web3 user products on mobile — from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration.
• Develop and execute product strategies that drive user activation, retention, and transaction growth, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
• Lead data-driven decision-making — define key metrics, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, risk, BD, and marketing) to ship high-impact global features and ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis across regions to identify emerging trends, regulatory nuances, and local product opportunities.
• Partner with local operations to design market-fit solutions that enhance liquidity, conversion, and engagement.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to continuously refine the product experience and optimize transaction journeys.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and user experience quality.
• Work independently as an individual contributor (IC), demonstrating strategic ownership, execution discipline, and proactive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to payments, trading, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Proven track record in managing complex, global product launches with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset — experienced in using data and experimentation (A/B tests, funnels, cohorts) to guide strategy.
• Capable of designing intuitive user flows that influence users to trade and transact more effectively.
• Solid technical understanding; comfortable working with backend, API, and app engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and time zones.
• Self-driven, outcome-oriented, able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:
• Experience in P2P, payments, or remittance products.
• Familiarity with Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and compliance frameworks (AML/risk).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled product growth or data analytics tools.
• Experience in Web 3 and AI.
