We are recruiting a Oracle Finance & EPM Consultant who is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Cloud applications, with a strong focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and BI Publisher. The role delivers end-to-end technical components including integrations, reports, data extracts, and customizations across Finance and HCM modules.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Technical Development & RICEW Objects:
• Design and develop technical components including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEW objects).
• Develop custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, and HCM extracts.
• Perform page customizations using Sandbox, Redwood, APEX, VCBS, and PCS frameworks.
Integration & Data Management (OIC):
• Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build and manage data integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and HSDL.
• Support data migration, conversion, and automation processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Reporting & Analytics (OTBI & BI Publisher):
• Develop advanced OTBI reports, dashboards, and real-time operational insights.
• Create interactive dashboards and optimize performance and usability.
• Design BI Publisher data models, templates, and bursting reports.
• Customize subject areas and reporting data models.
HCM Technical Development:
• Develop and manage HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations.
• Utilize Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration and maintenance.
• Design and implement Fast Formulas to support HR and payroll business rules.
• Support payroll, benefits, and HR reporting requirements.
Testing, Documentation & Deployment:
• Prepare technical design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Conduct unit testing and system testing; support UAT with business users.
• Ensure smooth deployment and transition of technical solutions into production.
Troubleshooting & Support:
• Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM).
• Resolve system performance, integration, security, and data issues.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Compliance & Best Practices:
• Ensure all technical solutions adhere to Oracle best practices and IT governance standards.
• Maintain system security, performance, and scalability.
• Support audits and compliance requirements where applicable.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for system improvements.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, and HR teams.
