Optimiza is seeking to hire a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our talented consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to create tailored EPM solutions that enhance organizational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial planning and analysis, as well as operational metrics.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adaptation to new systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay current with new Oracle EPM features and industry developments to provide value-added insights to clients.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM with a focus on implementation and consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
