We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, particularly across Finance and SCM modules, combined with advanced PL/SQL development and extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Forms and Reports customization. This role involves leading implementations, enhancements, and providing L2/L3 production support within enterprise or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bridge functional business requirements with robust technical solutions, ensuring scalable, optimized, and compliant ERP systems while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects in a dynamic project environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives
• Work extensively on Finance modules (AR, AP, GL) and SCM modules (Inventory, OPM, OM)
• Develop and customize Oracle Forms (D2K / Forms 6i) and Oracle Reports (Reports 6i / RDF)
• Design and develop BI Publisher / XML Publisher reports
• Build custom interfaces, data conversion programs, and transaction uploaders
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects
• Perform SQL performance tuning using Explain Plan, indexing, and partitioning strategies
• Configure and manage Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Profiles, Key Flexfields (KFF), and Descriptive Flexfields (DFF)
• Handle AR/AP invoice imports and related financial transaction processing
• Provide L2/L3 production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
• Gather business requirements and prepare detailed technical and functional documentation
• Work within Linux/Unix environments for deployments and support activities

• Extensive experience in Oracle Forms (6i/D2K) and Oracle Reports development
• Proven experience in BI Publisher / XML Publisher reporting
• Knowledge of SQL*Loader, UTL File, and External Tables
• Strong performance tuning skills and database optimization knowledge
• Experience supporting Finance and SCM modules in real-world business environments
• Exposure to manufacturing domain processes is highly preferred
• Familiarity with GST/Tax modules and compliance requirements is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Oracle Apps DBA concepts and Workflow Builder
• Additional skills in Shell scripting or Python are beneficial
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile project environments
