Job Description

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Project Duration: 6-9 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site or remote.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: as soon as possible.

Core Technical Expertise

•
Proven hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Oracle APEX

•
Strong command of Oracle Database technologies, including SQL and PL/SQL programming

•
Practical experience in building and managing APEX components such as workflows, forms, reports, validations, and dynamic actions

•
Solid background in integrating systems through RESTful APIs and SOAP-based web services

•
Experience in configuring and deploying Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)

•
Good understanding of database architecture, query optimization, and performance tuning techniques

•
Familiarity with APEX security frameworks, including authentication and authorization methods

•
Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) within collaborative development setups

•
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for APEX UI customization

Architecture & Development Approach

•
Ability to define and implement APEX solution architecture and development strategy

•
Experience establishing coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices

Strong understanding of modular development and designing scalable applications

Capability to guide teams on application structuring, reusable components, and performance enhancements
