Senior or Lead Business Process Analyst (Business Process Architecture)

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), SAP Program has an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Lead Process Architect  to join the team in Everett, Washington.

The person will be instrumental in ensuring the BCA SAP Program has clear end-end integrated business processes, enabling business process transformation, and ensuring we have the foundation for robust system testing that will meet the needs of all BCA functions. This role will work with the individual functional process architects, ensuring robust and integrated end-end process mapping. This role will apply industry-standard methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and advanced planning techniques to establish and maintain consistency and drive best practices into our business processes.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Analyze requirements to optimize complex processes throughout the value stream to manage Boeing Configuration in SAP
• Interface across functions to coordinate process change
• Ensure complete, end-end process mapping across functions; analyze configurations and requirements for completeness, compliance, and traceability; ensure alignment functions
• Provide technical integration analysis to business functions and IT teams using virtual visualization and simulation tools; drive early integration and risk reduction
• Ensure SAP test plans account for all complexities of integrated processes across BCA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience with SAP or other large-scale program implementation to ensure integrated end-to-end business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to enable and drive large-scale organizational changes through process redesign.
• Proficiency in creating robust and integrated end-to-end process maps, likely using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or Signavio.
• Experience establishing foundations for system testing to meet functional business needs. 
• Must have practical application of industry-standard methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to use advanced planning techniques to maintain process consistency and drive best practices.
• Skill in working with functional process architects to ensure technical and business alignment across an enterprise. 
• Experience establishing and maintaining consistency in business processes across a large organization. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, BIS or MIS, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
• 9+ years’ experience with SAP implementation
• Experience working across all BCA functions to ensure IT system meets diverse business needs.
• Experience using Signavio
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Lean certified

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $126,900 - $162,000

Summary Pay Range for Lead (Level 5): $163,800 - $210,000
