About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations expert with deep expertise in event-driven growth and transaction incentives. This role will lead the formulation and execution of event growth strategies, optimize user experience, and drive significant business expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

•
Campaign Operations Mastery: Deeply understand growth campaign operations across major exchanges, wallets, and activity platforms; lead the design and implementation of high-ROI incentive systems to drive user acquisition and transaction volume growth in DEX trading scenarios.

End-to-End Project Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional project management and closed-loop execution capabilities to ensure high-quality delivery of operational initiatives; possess strong ideation and hands-on implementation skills to bring innovative concepts to life.

Industry Insight & Opportunity Capture: Excel in market research and trend spotting with sharp marketing intuition; leverage data-driven decision-making to craft growth strategies and seize emerging opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, BD, and Marketing teams; utilize advanced written and verbal communication skills to lead activity coordination, resource allocation, and risk management—ensuring seamless execution and amplified cross-team impact.

What We Look For In You

•
Language Proficiency: Business-fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).

•
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Web3 (e.g., top exchanges, projects, media, or VCs), including at least 2 years in growth strategy or event operations roles.

•
On-Chain Power User: Deeply engaged on-chain user; proficient with major DEX tools and ecosystems; passionate about Alpha hunting with a proven track record of independently identifying and monetizing high-value opportunities.

•
Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in marketing, operations, and Web3 product GTM strategies.

Nice to Haves

•
Proficient in data analytics frameworks (SQL / Dune / on-chain metrics) to drive iterative strategy optimization.

Proven overseas growth experience (US / Europe or Southeast Asia) preferred.
