We specialize in European bakery and pastry items and provide a wide range of individual and whole cakes, tarts, ice creams, biscuits, pain au lait, viennoiserie, and the list continues to grow. 

These sweet options are complemented with a fresh selection of salty bites, freshly made sandwiches, hearty mains, and healthy salads, as well as great coffee and freshly squeezed juices.

Seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our thriving Food & Beverage business. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. If you have a proven track record in F&B management, a passion for operational excellence, and a talent for team leadership, join us in driving success and innovation in the industry!

Personal skills and abilities

· Excellent knowledge and commitment to the culture and values of AMARETTI

· Proven knowledge of Micros POS systems

· Readiness to work for long hours

· Ability to plan work schedules and assign duties

· Ability to cope with stress

· Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of business

· Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

· Customer service-oriented

· Knowledgeable about Food & Beverage safety and hygiene procedures, HACCP guidelines

Work experience requirements

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Hospitality, working as an Operations manager. Handling numerous outlets is a plus

Education requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, MBA, CFA is preferred with a Business development mindset
